As the classic 427 cubic inch big block V8 engines were being dropped into the second generation Corvette, there had been efforts to ensure handling can match the massive factory performance. In 1966, customers could order the F41 package featuring a special purpose, heavy-duty suspension for the 425-horsepower version of the Chevrolet Corvette. Inspired by the handling performance of the 1960s with modern technologies, this suspension kit provides an aggressive and adjustable upgrade over stock equipment for second as well as some third generation Corvettes.
- Front and rear suspension upgrade kit compatible for installation on 1963-1977 Chevrolet Corvettes
- Bolt-on kit requiring no modifications of stock frame or hardware
- Corvette suspension kit consists of the following hardware: 550 pounds/inch powder coated front coil springs, adjustable strut rods and brackets, 360-pound sport composite rear monospring and monospring hardware kit
- Comes with 1.175-inch front anti-sway bar and 0.75 rear anti-sway bar
- Includes front and rear Bilstein shock absorbers
- Installation of kit will result in a ride height of approximately one inch
