The partition is approx. 1.5" thick covered and has shown an average of 40% decrease in harmonics from the rear of the vehicle. All materials are GM quality or better. Exact match vinyl on the interior side & an exact match black carpet on the trunk side. A velcro strip along the bottom holds it firmly to the floor & (2) supplied snaps hold it securely to the top.
