The unpainted, tubular handle loops around and has a black plastic plug/cap in the end.
There is a black rubber seal at the base of the handle where it would seal into the tube.
Imprinted on the 3/16 wide steel blade are the words "ADD 1QT, FULL, USE SE ENGINE OIL, 3862430, M" reading from bottom to top.
