This 2 piece NOS cover set is installed on all 1970-1974 Corvette points distributors from the factory. Typically these were left off when a tune up is done.
These covers help suppress ignition noises to the radio, and helps keep the points clean.
Note-The NCRS judges check for these by looking thru the cover in the distributor cap.
