This is the 1968-1972 C3 Corvette electrical switch that prevents the wiper motor from starting until the wiper door is all the way open. The switch is located to the right of the wiper motor. The plunger from the wiper door pushes the switch.

Be sure you are replacing the correct part. Always refer to a factory service manual when diagnosing electrical service problems. You can damage these parts if you do not follow the proper procedures. Electrical components are non-returnable parts.
