Stainless Steel Braided Cover Spark Plug Wires were used on Big Block cars with an AM/FM radio. This was used in conjunction with your ignition to help radio interference. Big Blocks without a radio used standard spark plug wires and no ignition shielding.
Electrical components such as wires are non-returnable parts.
Always refer to a factory service manual when diagnosing engine service problems. You can damage electrical components if the proper procedures are not followed. Be sure you are replacing the correct part.
